I found the staff helpful, especially vijay at the gym. His guidance was invaluable. the cleanliness throughout the hotel struck me. Even the corridors had a delicate fragrance. i appreciated the ideal location, with the al rigga metro station just a short walk away. i also enjoyed the convenience of 24-hour restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
I noticed a slight musty scent in the corridors. It was minor but worth mentioning.

The proximity to the metro station made traveling simple. Access to major tourist centers was quick. the hotel's location near the airport was also convenient for my arrival. this ease of access greatly enhanced my stay.

The location was acceptable. It was close to the metro.
the room was too cold, even with the ac switched off. the bathroom also had some issues that the housekeeping staff ignored. the washing basin drainage was blocked, and the water tap was difficult to use

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the included breakfast had good variety and quality. i particularly enjoyed how close the hotel was to the metro station. it made getting around the city very convenient.
the room had a slight musty smell, possibly due to ventilation issues. i hope they address this issue to improve the air quality.
